Palmar Restaurant was established in 1970 and for 30 years
was serving only cuban food. I started working on the restaurant
on 1986 when I was only 13 years old, my first job was washing
the dishes then I became kitchen assistant and then as a waiter.
I was here until 1992 and during that time I met my lovely
wife Marie, and we worked together as chefs, currently we
have 3 children (Jenny, Herick and Emily) then in 2003 we
decided to buy the restaurant and added puerto rican food,
which has been a success. Herick. |
